The Lord's Stones cafe is very nicely built into the side a slope, making it all but invisable from any distance. The views from the surrounding area arespectacular in every direction, with sweeping views away to the north west, Carlton Moor and Cringle Moor looming over the view to the east and south west and views back into the heart of the moors down Raisdale towards Chop Gate. The cafe is also a welcome break on one of the harder sections of the Cleveland Way.
Grid Reference: NZ 523 030. At the top of Raisdale as the road reaches the top of the pass on its way to Carlton. Cafe, car park for customers only (pop in and buy something!).
