Large elegent village most notable for the huge village green. Sinnington is placed just off the A170, in the gentle hills that border the open moors.
The River Seven runs through the village, bordering the north west corner of the village green before swinging around behind the rest of the village.
The church can be found just to the north east of the village on a lane heading up into the hills (from where the top photo was taken)..
Parking is available around the village green. There is a small charge, which we encourage you to pay as the proceeds go towards maintaining the green.
Fox and Hounds public house.
