Stoney Gill Hole

This is the view west towards Stoney Gill Hole (the small valley in the centre of the picture) from the point where the public footpath around Coomb Hill emerges from the trees. The public right of way heads straight across this field, before turning back to reach a point just to the bottom right of the picture. Luckily a permissive route now exists that simply cuts across the corner to the right.
